For sale is this Vintage Collegeville Popeye Halloween Costume in the original box.  The box has a couple if small tears & the cellophane is torn.  The mask has some color loss bit has no rips.  The costume is present but is extremely brittle so I did not try to remove it.  Please check out my other auctions for more vintage Halloween Costumes.
