2.Usually this machine marks metal material.And the size must be in 120*40mm,and this item doesn't suit to mark small name plate.

3.About the computer,just our common used computer is ok,but its system must be WIN 7 or WIN XP,and we will supply software,after receiving the product,you just download the software is ok
