Celtic Sea Salt - handy 50g packet in grip seal bag


Dr Barbara O'Neil recommends popping just a sesame size crystal under your tongue before drinking a glass of water so if used purely in this way and not in cooking 50g lasts a very long time!!


Traditionally hand harvested for over 1200 years on the Brittany coast of France. 


The salt remains slightly damp and has a light grey colouring that comes from the natural clay used to line the drying ponds. 


This delicious, unrefined, natural sea salt is free from any additives and is a better alternative to Himalayan rock salt due to its 82 mineral complexity.
