This is a super vintage dancing / nodding doll marked 'Made in the USSR' in excellent condition.
This lovely dancing doll was made from hard plastic in Moscow during the 1940s / 50s. She is wearing a floral patterned yellow dress with purple flowers and is wearing a polka dotted babushka.
The doll works on a pendulum principle, rocking her dress sideways makes her rock from left tonight with her head rocking in the opposite direction!
The lovely doll measures approximately 5.25 inches (13.3cm) and is in excellent condition with only a few scuffs / contact marks from her considerable age.
The rocking post is marked tone side 'Made in USSR'and the reverse is marked 'aft Cmr-1'.
