A fabulous, rare, early twentieth century Anglo Indian fire bucket with two cast iron handles and domed base designed to be wall hanging.  It is painted with the word FIRE on one side and what is presumably the Indian equivalent on the other.

Offered in wonderfully distressed and characterful condition which is impossible to reproduce.  There are old paint splashes, rust, pitting, some pin holes as pictured, multiple repairs, dent to the domed base and overall fabulous patina.

Measures 34cms in length, not including the swing handle and measures 27.5cms in diameter at the top.
