Tube Preamp

This powers on fine, but I can not get it to preamp. Maybe operator error.

 Being offered as-is for parts or repair only, no returns or refunds.  The cabinet is loose on one of the corners, see photos. I removed the top and bottom covers and photod them too. Please see the pictures with the covers off. Nothing else has been checked except for power on.  the low Buy It Now reflects this. Very clean inside the chassis. This is the 120V model.
