Offered here is a Vintage 1970s BINBAK Models MANOR FARM Wooden Model .

This is Handpainted and it includes the Farmhouse and 2 stable blocks . There is a stable with doors and an open Stable Shed , the larger one has external stairs up to a second level .

The doors open on the smaller block , they are stable doors which have 2 hinges so the horses could stand inside with their heads outside the upper part of the door .

There is a pond to the right of the farmhouse with a wooden bridge over it .

The entire model is fixed to the base .

The house is raised on a tiered footing .

There is some nice detail in the modelling , there is a porch and chimneys on the farmhouse . The windows are in the Georgian style . The stable has the hinged doors , there is an upper floor in the larger stable block and shutters on the windows

This is complete and in good vintage condition . It has been played with and does have wear and marks , but is still functional and has a great look . It is over 50 years old .

We are told this model was based on a Farm called Manor Farm in Beeford , East Yorkshire . Beeford is between Hornsea and Driffield . The model was actually put together by a joiner wcalled Malcolm Brignall , who was from North Frodingham  , but who had a joiners workshop in Beeford for many years .

The entire model measures 23.5 inches x 18.5 inches and the tallest building is 8.5 inches tall .

This would make a fabulous present and would be a great edition to a Vintage , Antique or Okd Toy Collection .

Good Luck .
