This piece is interesting  as it has a porcelain plate that is removeable. Hand painted cameo plate which was broken in tow and missing a couple pieces. This piece was made to be a personalized for each customer. There is an inscription going around the underside stating who it was to and from. Im not sure who the man in the plaque is supposed to be. Im assuming this is silver plate as I can find no markings except the name.
