This board game is new and sealed. The only problem I see is some rips in the sealing plastic (on both sides, refer to the photos I included pointing out what I'm talking about).  The wrapping plastic has some holes for ventilation, dust, and dirt have entered through there and caused it to accumulate in some parts of the box. Please review the photos carefully and make Zoom in as much as possible so you know exactly what I mean.
