Playset is a bit dirty. In good shape though. The stickers on the roof have a bit of bubbling and a few corners are torn as pictured. Graphics are nice. Comes with the sign and the graphics are nice. Sanders is a bit dirty as seen. Comes with tables and chairs. The one table has a broken leg. Comes with 4 trays, 1 has the logo left. That’s it. Both doors are connected still and work as should. A nice wipe down and it’ll be in good shape.
