NO EYE CUP! The top flash assembly has a "bump" at the little pivot point. The flash doesn't really hold closed very well, but it does close "okay". No cracks to the body. Camera has the usual dust in the viewfinder and behind the lens, but nothing that will affect your pictures, I promise!
