NOTE: Card appears clean overall, sitting in a 4 holder due to the bottom 2 corners, lower right showing notable wear. No creases evident and great eye appeal other than some moderate corner wear. 

Super high-end card! With the long pack odds and all the painfully condition sensitive die cutting all around, it's very tough to find new grade-worthy specimens.
