Original 1984 unused and complete *SEALED* unopened **DEFINITIVE MINT SET** (USPS ITEM 883) of U.S. postage stamps and postcard stationery, along with commemorative high quality illustrated informational souvenir book with many illustrations, photos, and articles about the artists and background of stamps, such as the Harry S. Truman stamp and others released that year. I'm not a professional grader but these do look to be in brand new and minty condition.
