1859 $10 The Union County Bank note from Plainfield, New Jersey.

This bank operated from 1859 until 1864 when it became the First National Bank of Plainfield. The bank closed on Oct. 17th, 1932. 

This note features Vignette of people waving to a passing train at the center. On the left is a Vignette of a woman standing by a pillar with "Union" on it. Printed with an outlined "TEN" protector in red!

This note grades Very Good / Fine with many pinholes and some obverse haze.
