You are buying two new/sealed Transformers:

1. Soundwave G1 Titanium Series Diecast from 2006

2. Ravage Hunt for the Decepticons 2009 - note the slight crease on the cardboard upper right

I bought these years ago to collect and they've been safely in a box since I purchased them originally.  I cannot guarantee they are in mint condition, but back in the day I purchased figurines that were in good shape at the store and kept them carefully in a box.
