Vintage Lesney Matchbox No. 3 Mercedes Benz “Binz” Ambulance. This car is in pretty good shape for its age with a few small chips and minor edge wear. The rear door is intact, however the little guy on the stretcher is missing. The only other issue is some vintage dirt here and there.
