Antique Haviland Limoges Hand Painted Porcelain Rope and Anchor Creamer Pitcher with Fish and Seaweed 5"

I love this piece but I am not a collector so please read all and ask if you have questions. I will try to answer.

First let me tell you what I do know:

This is fine china creamer, made in France, is marked “Haviland Limoges” and “H & C” with a double underline, which would date it to 1876-1886. It is white porcelain with an underwater theme featuring plants and a swimming fish. The handle sits over an anchor.  5" X 2.5" with about a 12 oz capacity.

Now, what I do not know:

I have found several examples of this pattern, but have not found anything with the fish motif. I am guessing this might be rare as there is none other to be found current or in sold listings on any site that I can find.  Also, some pieces I have seen have a black back stamp; this has a blue stamp. Not sure what that means.

Condition:  Very good vintage condition with no known flaws.
