This 1992 Columbus Quincentenary 2 coin UNCIRCULATED set is in its original mint packaging.  There is no outer sleeve (I don't believe they came with one originally.).

The coins were issued to commemorate the 500th Anniversary of Columbus' Discovery of the New World. Clear acrylic capsules protect this Silver Dollar and Half Dollar as they sit in a velveteen presentation box.

It is complete with its "Certificate of Authenticity".

It has its Box and COA but no sleeve was available for this set.  The coins are nice ones....problem free.

The obverse of the coin features Christopher Columbus standing with a flag in his right hand and a globe to his left. Ships and land can be seen rising in the background. The reverse of the coin features a split view of a fifteenth century sailing vessel and a twentieth century space shuttle. The obverse was designed by John Mercanti and the reverse was designed by Thomas D. Rogers.

The obverse inscriptions read "Liberty", "In God We Trust", "Columbus Quincentenary" and the date "1992". The reverse inscriptions include "United States of America", the denomination "One Dollar", the motto "E Pluribus Unum", and the dual date "1492 - 1992".
