Condition- Not running but looks to have a good balance wheel without any wobbles. Dial is okay, Crystal is good with scratches, Bow and Crown are good, Case is decent with scratches, Hands are decent but missing the hour hand. Does not engage when setting time or winding.

Extra Info - I have timed many of the watches, but you must know that when these watches travel in the Post Office sometimes, they are bumped a lot. That timing may change. It may change from running to not running. This watch is not serviced, and I don't know when the last time it was.
