When you turn to a protocol, you’ll find that the chapter begins with an introduction to the health condition, followed by a weighted pyramid. The pyramids prioritize the interventions. The most important or foundational interventions are located at the base of the pyramid, and the more conventional treatment options are at the top of the pyramid.


We designed it this way so that a person who only has a limited amount of time, finances, or resources could determine with minimal effort which interventions are likely to make the most significant difference given their unique circumstances, adding on more of the protocol as they are able.
