A really beautiful large work of a gentleman repairing a grandfather clock mechanism- the painting dating to the later Victorian period.
Age- 1886
Size- 25 by 23 inches approx including frame, canvas 19 by 17 inches approx.
Medium- Oils on canvas
Frame- Later wooden frame, some knocks and losses, offered free with the painting.
Condition- Generally very good and clean for its age. We would be very happy to hang this as found.
Signature- Lower left.
