You get a Hasselblad C-12 film Magazine.  Made in Sweden. Serial number TH 61136. The insert and back have matching numbers. This was made in 1962 and would be a match for an early 500C, Superwide or 500EL. The slide is included.  

The back has no dents or shrinking leather. It is a beautiful example.  

It resets to 1 properly on the frame counter. I have "NOT" film tested this and it may need new light seals. As far as I can tell there are no issues, but because it has been sitting unused for at least 30 years it is sold in AS IS Condition.
