Please study the photos for the most accurate description of condition.

This listing is PARTS for an antique optical device known as an OPTHALMOMETER.

My notes:

No manufacture's tag or stamp.

In my research this model was manufactured by F. A. Hardy of Chicago.

Circa 1899 to 1903

Only the parts pictured are included. This is not a complete machine and will not work without additional parts.

Includes the main lens body and slide mechanism. There is a "20" stamped on the slide.

Also there is "20" stamped on the slide base.

The swivel mount has an old label "Site Glass" and an engraved model number.

There is a small dark purple piece of glass included, and some screws. Screws are modern and not pictured.

The glass has chipping at edges.

All metal pieces shows scratches, tarnishing, and wear.

The main lens tube has a few dents. It does have two lens inside.

Nice filigree on the tube body mount.

Parts retain most of their original paint.

Hard to find parts in good, antique condition.
