The order with no message within 24 hours, we confirm it does not require customization.

Please send your request by the note for seller or by message.

Your logo can be JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP format.

Royal Mail orders to the UK are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class mail

 International Buyers

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charge

These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please check your country’s custom office to determine whether these additional costs will be prior to  buying.

• We are happy to replace or fully refund any items that have been damaged or lost in transit to you or if the wrong item is dispatched.

• If you change your mind (for non personalized products) we accept returns within 14 days of purchase providing that the products are unopened and unused. 

Buyer pays return postage.

Because the products are personalized, sadly we are unable to refund you if you change your mind once the product is processed.

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report any problems within 48hrs via email.
