This is a very nice used Ingersoll Rand 1/4" drill . It turns at 3000 RPM's. It works like new and is super smooth. They have the nicest feather trigger I have seen on a drill. It has the ERGO grip coating. It also has a Dynabrade air swivel. These drills are currently over $700 new from a dealer. Surplus from Boeing. Made in the USA.
