Subaru B4 legacy 2.0 twin turbo Semi Auto Spaces or repairs non runner
The Legacy B4 is a limited edition in black metallic with small red flakes in the paint also with blue and black leather interior which is worth on its own £500 in second hand condition, There is only 7 Black B4 in the UK.
I bought the Subaru as a project, put it on my 2 post car lift to drain the oil and removed the sump to inspect the bottom of the engine as previous owner told me that it had a damaged piston.
When i inspected, i found little metal flakes in the oil, also back of piston No.1. has smashed into something as can been seen in photo. But it did start first time and was knocking a little bit. I started it by accident when i was moving the car as it has a remote start on the Clifford alarm, i turned off straight away as didn't want to cause any more damage to the engine. To be honest was quite surprised how it ran not as bad as i thought. I strongly recommend not starting it or even driving it, Until a engine rebuild or engine replace.
After i inspected the engine and found what needed to be done, it stayed on my car lift for just over 3 years until 1st of may this year, when i let go of my workshop. As you can see in the pictures its was very dusty. A friend of mine trailered it to his workshop for me to store until sold. I gave it a quick wash so can see the condition of the body work, there is some marks here and there as you would expect for a Subaru of its age. Alot of them will polish out. There is one dent on the n/s of the roof as can be seen in photo and also both wheel arches need to be welded, comes with new rear wheel arches also comes with rear n/s door to replace the damage door.
There is a little patch of lacquer peel on the rear o/s door. The gearbox has a very small leak looks like its coming from a sensor nothing major apart from that, all the underneath of the car looks very good no welding job needed.

Got some performance parts: a aluminium radiator, lowering springs, Remote Clifford alarm, Powerflow Exhaust, Pioneer CD Player, Kenwood 6x9 speakers (one is broken) not sure about the front speakers,
All x4 drilled & grooved brake disc, x4 nice alloy wheels with all 4 matching Michelin tyres.
Was told that it has been remaped to 220BHP but i cant prove this, so i would say its questionable.
All the bits at the side of the car comes with the car. looks like one of the catalytic converters is a Patten part, the other one looks genuine.
Before anyone asks ( I will not sell the catalytic converter for scrap)
