Here is for sale a genuine 1953 Series II Convertible with the early cheesegrater grille and early style dash. Those of you who know the Series II Minors will know that they are not very lively when fitted with the original BMC 803cc mechanics. This particular Minor has been recently upgraded by fitting all later 948cc mechanics including back axle , 1000 front swivels with 8" brakes , 1000 wheels with new tyres ( to replace the original MM style wheels) , new exhaust pipe etc. At some point in the recent past the interior seating has been recovered.

During last 12 months it has undergone a full external respray in Empire Green and rebuilt with new or good used chrome and a hardly used double duck hood. New headlights have been fitted and the trafficators overhauled.

Whilst preparing ready to sell the brakes were overhauled and the master cylinder replaced.
