Vest is brand new with tags. Only thing to note is the pro shop it was purchased from attached their own tag to the back of the neck and it left a tiny hole (see pic). It has no impact on the vest's overall look or functionality but it's important to point out. Please judge condition for yourself by the pictures provided. I'm happy to provide more if desired.
