Adorable skirt, made in France. Black cotton with tulle underlay, very full shape, fitted waist and flippy in style. The pattern is flowers and polka dots on a black backgroud. It has a faux tie-up belt and a zip closure. The edge has a tiny lace finish. Knee length or thereabouts.
Worn very little, really pretty.
