includes a Fossil Silicon watch band (does not include original stainless steel band) --I tested out a bunch of different bands and this one works great to be light, grip to your wrist well for workouts and looks great with the watch.  Also includes a cheaper stretch fabric band from Amazon.  

Smartwatch component brand new --was just replaced by Fossil.  Case and band are a few months old with barely any marks and no issues.  Includes USB charger.
