The baseplate on the L Brackett is not the one included you can see the plate in the original packaging in the pictures.  I purchased 2  from Adorama last year but never used this one. Its too good of a tripod and Gimbal to sit around unused.  You will love the tripod the missing center column is great and very smooth gimbal.
