I am not familiar with this machine. I plugged it in and it lights up and the switches seem to work. The lamp works but seems slow to start - maybe that's normal? I can't say if everything works so selling as is,  for parts or repair. It may be very simple to get going...I just don't know. The plug seems to be a European model but I have an adapter that allowed me to plug it in. The adapters are easy to find.
