Old Jumbo automatic pencil sharpener.  It has soiling, wear, and rust.  One tiny screw is missing from the top cap.  The drawer face is dented.  The metal name plate is bent.  It will need lubrication and a slight adjustment to work fully.  The blades turn and cut, but the pencil does not rotate properly.
