Box comes with all originally included items (statue, cd soundtracks, art book, karate belt, certificate of authenticity, blu ray documentary) except for game. All items are in overall good shape - there is some age related wear on the box and the certificate of authenticity has some light bends (no creases) due to how it is packaged in the box. The plastic cd sleeves also are bent on the corners due to how they have been stored but the discs themselves are in good condition. Feel free to ask any questions
