These items are in acceptable to good used condition. Item measures approximately 31"(floor to top back); 14"(W ~ seat surface); 13"(D ~ seat surface). We are selling this item to repurpose/restore or use as is.  There is brown/black substance on the chairs.  We attempt to sand and hot air gun to remove the substance (looks like a tarlike substance); unfortunately, we were not successful. We could not find a manufacturer name.  Item may require some additional cleaning. Please thoroughly review the available photos. If there are questions, please contact us.
