Payment

1. Payment should be made within 3 (three) days of the end of the auction. Otherwise, unpaid disputes will automatically be submitted to the end of the auction.

Shipping

1. we have warehouses in New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Atlanta, so your package will be shipped from one of these warehouses.

 

2. Our warehouses only take 3 business days to process packages, so please make sure you enter your correct payment and shipping information before checking out.

 

3. According to eBay policy, we only ship to eBay addresses. After payment is complete, if you need to make changes before shipping, you can leave an eBay note or click the "Contact Seller" button in your purchase history.

 

4. If an address change is required after the item has been dispatched, you will be responsible for the costs involved.

 

5. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped within 3 days.

 

6. Fedex, UPS, USPS and other logistics options, we will automatically match the best shipping logistics based on item size, weight and other factors.

 

7. We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, FPO or APO.

Terms of sales

1. We offer a 30 day return policy on all items. We ensure that all items are in new and undamaged condition before shipping. If you receive an item that does not meet these criteria, please contact us via eBay mail. All returns should be accompanied by a delivery confirmation.

2. Please note that all returns must be pre-approved by globalbid. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please check twice to confirm the item not work and contact our customer service representative, let us know the detailed problem and send us some pictures for confirmation.

3. All NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color).

4. We ONLY accept the return for original package. Please make sure that item has NO man-made sabotage. Used items will not be accepted for return.

5. We reserve the right to refuse any returns for objective reasons.
