You get an original Nikon F black standard film back. This is known as a type 6 back and belongs on cameras from serial number 6717671 to 6866652. 

Of course it fits any Nikon F body. The plastic is still on the base. There are no marks in the black paint. It dates from 1966 or 1967 and the ASA goes to 400.
