Rhizzy and Mylo are Roostsers with long root fingers and even longer root toes. Tonight, these hipsters are grooving to the sounds of their favorite jazz band, The Croakers, featuring world-renowned backup singers, Hootin' Owls. The Croakers are currently touring with LCO (Live Cricket Orchestra). And when this band gets going, Rhizzy and Mylo's feet get to movin', their fingers start a-snappin', and even dread-like roots growing out of their heads sway to a beat all their own, creating quite a spectacle.
Because these two Rootsters know you can't be uptight when you dance in the moonlight!!!
Original art piece completely free-hand sculpted by me (no molds) out of polymer clay and my unique paper mache' technique that make the log and Rootsters look and feel like real tree bark. I applied multiple layers of earth-tone acrylic paints to create a very natural tree log effect. An ancient scroll that tells Rhizzy and Mylo's story is hidden inside the log for a fun surprise.
