Box is neat strong and clean, very light age and shelf wear. All components clean, odour free, bright, untorn, un-dog-eared, with light age wear, slight staple rust. Counters and stands are unpunched. There are 29 handouts not 28 (a duplicate of one of the area maps). All six poster maps, tactical mats are in great condition. PLEASE NOTE THE 8 MONSTER COMPENDIUM SHEETS ARE REPRINTS. All in all a well cared for copy. Also included but not part of the module are several laminated encounter maps.
