Antique c1810 Thomas Carson New York Coin Silver Coffin End Coffee Tea Spoons 5"

PResented is an antique pair of American coin silver tea or coffee spoons made by Thomas Carson of Albany, New York during the early 1800s. The spoons are done in a classic Coffin End pattern, which was popular during the late 18th and early 19th centuries. The front of each handle has an old, original monogram of the initials DIA.

The back of each spoon is marked TC, which we believe is for Thomas Carson. The spoons are guaranteed to be 900 coin purity silver.

This pair is in good overall condition, especially considering the age of the pieces. One bowl has some slight denting, but there are no other flaws and no repairs.

Length: 5 inches.

Weight: 17 grams.
