You get a Nikon F Mount Heinz Kilfitt 90mm f/2.8 Makro Kilar. Serial number 219-0382. The focus and diaphragm work smoothly. No oil on the blades. The glass has no fungus, haze or separation. There are some fine cleaning scratches and minor dust. You get the original front cap and a Nikon early rear cap. 

The original lens has a double extension of the helicoid and the Nikon F mount also has an extension. There is also a tripod mount built into the Nikon mount. This tripod ring rotates with no apparent lock.

I have the lens fully extended in image No. 2. I have never seen this configuration of this lens and maybe the mount was custom made. It is a beautiful work of art.
