This is a first edition of "Three Men in a Boat (to say Nothing of the Dog)" by Jerome K. Jerome, published in 1889 by J. W. Arrowsmith, with illustrations by A Frederics.

It has "Quay Street" as the address on the title page, without the number 11.

It has 315 pages, with an advert for Arrowsmith's 2/- series at the front, and a further 4 pages of publisher's adverts at the back.

There is some writing in pencil on the first page, plus a stamp from W. H. Woodcock, bookseller, Westgate, Huddersfield.

All the binding is intact, although the top thread is loose. Overall the book is in good condition for its age, but there is a light patch in the bottom corner of the back cover, some browning, particularly on the first page, and the top of the book is dark after decades on my father's bookshelf.

I've tried to give a full and accurate description, and have attached photographs of all the points mentioned, but please contact me if you'd like any more information, or specific photos.
