Just as the title says.  These are brand new and unused,  just been sat around in my garage gathering dust, treads are brand new,  just a bit of dust and grime on them from storage.

Would go well with the wheels you'll find in my other items.

These are the steel beaded versions. They didn't make the 24 inch ones with a folding bead.
