Item is unused and comes with the original box. The box has seen better days and is definitely showing its age from storage. The unit itself is personalized and has the business names 'Personal Environments' and 'Johnson Controls' stamped on top. There is a small crack in the cover. (Pictured) The crack does not impact functionality.
