This Item Up For Auction Is An 1888 Hampden Deuber "General Stark" Men's Pocket Watch.

Made In 1888 In Canton Ohio, This Victorian Period Watch Is Just Gorgeous.

It Measures 1.89 Inches In Diameter And Has The Original COA On The Inside Rear Cover.

The Watch Has Several Inscriptions And Numbers, Some Of Which Read: 5076604, 1514524 ( On The Inside ), Inscribed 270 & 500HZTI, The Words "Safety Pinion", "Gen. Stark".

It Still Works When It Wants, Like For Instance When I Was Photographing It The Mainspring Began To Move And Then Stopped Again A Few Seconds Later..  It's Trying.  :)

The Crystal Will Need Replaced And A Good Cleaning / Oiling Might Be All That Takes To Get It Running Once Again.  

No Restoration Or Repairs Have Been Attempted.

Just A Beautiful Old Pocket Watch In Need Of A Little TLC :).
