This is a high quality professional grade tool made by blue point (aka snap-on) in very good used condition and is great for aircraft use or use in any shop where safety wire is used. These pliers have a reversible knob for tying wire in either direction with a spring return for ease of use and rubber molded into the jaws so that any wire snipped doesnt go flying causing a fod hazard.
