This is a guaranteed old working order eye exam tool. These were generally in a country store where a buyer could use it to determine what strength glasses he needed to purchase. It is made of wood and fiber board. It is in decent condition with no damage, no cracks, tears or repairs; just some wear from use and age and the head strap is torn on the one end.
