Up for sale is an Ideal Kissy Doll made in the early 60s. She was made by ideal to complete with Mattel making Barbie. Kissy proves to be very popular due to her pricing and smaller size, but also because she was interactive. When you pull her arms together she puckers and kisses.

I have the entire Kissy doll like if outfits and will be putting ALL of them up for sale. They all are extremely well kept and restored and most have new or like new outfits. They all have minty tags in the outfits and all come with original shoes. Some still make the kissing noise, some just click. They all pucker and kiss. I know how to fix the noise maker but to be honest I don’t anymore because it’s extremely extremely difficult. Most have been restrung if they were too loose.

This is a very special kissy doll! Often referred to as a deluxe kissy, the authentic long haired kissy doll is the most sought after out of the line. She has shoulder length hair and a long tip ponytail that I’ve given 3 curls at the end. She also has spitcurl bangs. She is very unique!

These dolls usually come in party dresses but are impossible to find, so I put her in this rare blue pinstripe outfit. It was a Sears exclusive. It’s not in pristine condition, but not as bad as others. Look closely at pics for lightened areas and a few stains or rips in the lace.

She does not make a pucker noise bit she does kissy. Her eyes open and close as they should.
