USPC FR#2309 1934 A $10 EMERG WWII ISSUE, NORTH AFRICA, SILVER CERT (HIGH GRADE).  The note is intact with all four corners square and sharp edges, there are no evident pinholes or tears when viewed with a bright light placed on opposite side of note and directed towards viewer.   Please see photos/scans.  There are a few small and light spotted stains, wrinkles, and creases but nothing that significantly ruins the excellent eye appeal.  There is a pinhole-size divot or paper pull on the right edge of the note outside the design in the margin.
