The laptop is sold as is with no returns or refunds accepted under any circumstances.

No charger is included!

Laptop powers on, and is running Windows XP with a full install of Office 2003. All necessary drivers have been installed.

The battery on the laptop no longer holds a charge. Something to note is that it is an aftermarket battery as well. The CMOS/clock battery does not work either, meaning the laptop can't keep the time correct.

The lid of the laptop has some cosmetic stains scratches and dents.
